Everything was organised online, so today was the first time I met the couple. Even with the wet Sydney weather, the bride and groom today was super cool. There was 2 tea ceremonies in the morning before we went around Sydney for some quick simple formals. The civil wedding ceremony and also the dinner reception was at Rhodes Phoenix Restaurant.

There was a Vietnamese tea ceremony at the brides place and then we heading from Cabramatta to Sans Souci to the grooms place for a second tea ceremony. The church wedding ceremony was at St Vincent’s Catholic Church at Ashfield, it was my first wedding there….love it. We captured some quick simple informal relaxed portraits before heading to Rhodes Phoenix Restaurant for a banquet reception.

I meet the bride and groom the first time today, they live in the UK, everything was organised over the internet. Thank you for trusting me on your special day ;) I started in the morning capturing the hair & makeup by Elle. There was no civil ceremony today, only 2 tea ceremonies and then we captured some relaxed portraits around Sydney Harbour. The reception was at the beautiful The Tea Room QVB. Check out the 2 wedding cakes !! I think they just won best wedding cake for 2009 :) They also had a candy bar with many sweets & candies from around the world….huge hit with the guests.

Today I started at Croydon capturing the bridal hair & makeup follow by Tea Ceremonies at Croydon and Campsie. The civil ceremony was at Taronga Zoo, conducted by marriage celebrant Lillian Lyon. Music at the ceremony was by String Quartet – The Con Artists { 0421106996 }. After the wedding civil ceremony we captured some images around the area before heading to Villa Capri Reception at Cabramatta. Bride & Bridemaids were all styled by Kara @ www.stylebykara.com Kara was also involved in the floral arrangements/bouquets, dressed the civil ceremony venue as well as creatively designed and dressed the cake. It was great working again with videographers Evro & Helen at Moudanier Pictures.

I started at 7am capturing the wedding preparation at  Fairfield Heights. There was two tea ceremonies follow by lunch. The church ceremony was at Mt Pritchard @ Our lady of Mount Carmel. After the church ceremony we went to Cabarita and Bicentennial Park for a quick photo session. Reception was at Rhodes Phoenix within the Rhodes Shopping Centre. Videography today was by Arian Film Productions.

It was a great multicultural wedding today with a Chinese tea ceremony in the morning and then a civil garden ceremony at the Chinese Gardens in The Water Pavilion @ Darling Harbour. The reception was at the unique sandstone castle Curzon Hall @ Marsfield. The Civil Marriage Celebrant today was Helen Bailey. Makeup was by Tasleema Nigh and the 3 Rolls Royce was from Royalty Weddings.

Check out her amazing cakes ! The day started very early at the brides place in Glebe capturing the hair and makeup. After the prep there was two Chinese tea ceremonies, one at the brides place and one at the grooms place. After the tea ceremonies the bride changed into her white gown for the official ceremony at Prince Edward Park – Cabarita. The garden ceremony was conducted by marriage civil celebrant Peter Phillips. We captured some formals around Prince Edward Park and also at Bicentennial Park within Sydney Olympic Park. The wedding reception was at Rhodes Phoenix Chinese Restaurant at Rhodes Shopping Centre. Thank you for the 10 course banquet meal !

We were very lucky with the Sydney weather today since the outdoor garden ceremony at Mandalay was at 5:30pm. There was lightning and thunder but the rain stayed away until later in the evening. The day started at 9am with me capturing the preparation. There was one tea ceremony and we were off to the location shoot around Luna Park and Lavender Bay. The civil ceremony and reception was at Mandalay @ Lane Cove.
