Friday 5th March 2010 – Day 1. It is going to be a 2 day wedding. Today is the official civil garden wedding ceremony at Nurragingy Reserve located in the suburbs of Doonside & Rooty Hill. Videography today was by Troy @ EncoreMedia.

Crazy Sydney dust storm to blue sky Another wonderful Sydney wedding today, I started at The Peak Apartments @ Haymarket capturing the bridal hair and makeup. The hair and makeup was by the wonderful Chloe at Blush Cosmetics. There was plenty of games for the groom and his groomsmen when they arrive at the brides place We had two Chinese Tea Ceremonies, one at the brides and one at Sheraton on the Park before heading to capture some quick formals around Sydney Harbour. The windy outdoor garden ceremony was at Mort Bay Park @ Birchgrove. Onsite decoration was supplied by the wonderful Nadia @ EventsbyNadia. The civil wedding ceremony was conducted by Catherine Flavell. The wedding reception was at Le Montage at Lilyfield. The stretch limousines was supplied by Five Star Hollywood Limousines.

Great weather today ! This summer is going to be very hot, not looking forward to it The garden wedding ceremony today was at Curzon Hall at Marsfield in the Enchanted Garden with the Gazebo. Reception was at Conca D’oro Events Centre at Riverwood.

The weather was crazy this whole week, massive floods north of the state. The bridal preparation was at The Sands Hotel at Narrabeen. A big thank you to Sharon Leigh for the referral !! Sharon Leigh is a great hair & make-up artist. The B&G was very lucky today, the rain & wind stopped during the outdoor garden wedding ceremony at Edgar Gornell Wildflower Garden at Collaroy Plateau. The civil garden ceremony was conducted by civil celebrant Jane Ashmore Gray@ Commitment of Love & Life. We just had enough natural light to capture some quick simple informal & relaxed pictures before it started to rain again. We headed to Narrabeen Beach Surf Life Saving Club for the wedding reception @ Narrabeach Function Centre. Catering for the wedding reception was by Icon Event Catering. Transportation was by Mosman Wedding Cars (0408 433 048). I love clean simple documentary images that capture the day

My second wedding for the weekend, it was great daylight saving ended today giving me an extra hour sleep. It was a great multicultural wedding today with a Chinese tea ceremony in the morning and then a civil garden ceremony at the Chinese Gardens in The Water Pavilion @ Darling Harbour. The reception was at the unique sandstone castle Curzon Hall @ Marsfield. The Civil Marriage Celebrant today was Helen Bailey. Makeup was by Tasleema Nigh and the 3 Rolls Royce was from Royalty Weddings.

After the preparation we went to Lavender Bay for a quick photo session before heading to the Groom’s parents place for the garden wedding ceremony and also the marquee reception. Marriage civil celebrant was Elise Jo Thomson.

The wedding today is a referral From Annie @ Funky Cakez. Check out her amazing cakes ! The day started very early at the brides place in Glebe capturing the hair and makeup. After the prep there was two Chinese tea ceremonies, one at the brides place and one at the grooms place. After the tea ceremonies the bride changed into her white gown for the official ceremony at Prince Edward Park – Cabarita. The garden ceremony was conducted by marriage civil celebrant Peter Phillips. We captured some formals around Prince Edward Park and also at Bicentennial Park within Sydney Olympic Park. The wedding reception was at Rhodes Phoenix Chinese Restaurant at Rhodes Shopping Centre. Thank you for the 10 course banquet meal !

I captured todays B&G two months ago at a prewedding session, you can see it here. We were very lucky with the Sydney weather today since the outdoor garden ceremony at Mandalay was at 5:30pm. There was lightning and thunder but the rain stayed away until later in the evening. The day started at 9am with me capturing the preparation. There was one tea ceremony and we were off to the location shoot around Luna Park and Lavender Bay. The civil ceremony and reception was at Mandalay @ Lane Cove.

The bride and groom today booked me over the internet in Jan 2008, they live in United Kingdom and organised everything via email. It was another long wedding with hair and makeup preparation in the morning followed by two Chinese tea ceremonies. The civil garden ceremony was at Shakespeares Point located within Nielsen Park at Vaucluse. After the wedding ceremony we had a quick photo session before heading to Watersedge for the reception. Hair and Makeup was by Martha and her team at D’Makeupstation and marriage celebrant was Michael Teulon.
