We captured a multicultural wedding today - Lebanese+Vietnamese :) It sure was a long day, we started @ 10:15am and finished @ 1am. The B&G was very lucky, it rained the whole week and today the sky was perfect for photography :) We traveled all around the Sydney CBD for the formal and even came back to the CBD after the reception at Maxims Restaurant for some night shots.

I did not book any weddings this weekend, I needed a break and had too get some personal work done. I was also busy running around getting my images ready for the AIPP Canon Australian Professional Photography Awards (APPA). Also I did not have a 2nd shooter this weekend, Milton was busy capturing his first solo wedding :) Well done mate ! Here are some pics :)

Wedding today was great, the day started at the brides place for some prep. The ceremony was at St Bedes @ Pyrmont. The reception was at the IMAX Theatre - Star Room. I will let the images do the talking :)

A candid moment just before the Bride enters the church

A nice moment between the B&G :)

I tried something different today, capturing the back of B&G as they leave the church.

I love this 100% real moment as the B&G gets into the car.

We captured some formals around Jones Bay Wharf

I like this image :) The couple was very relaxed infront of the camera.

It started to rain at around 5:30pm so we went indoors :)

On the way to the car…….

It has been a busy week, we just got back from my BIL’s wedding in Queensland. There was plenty of driving around from Goldcoast to Brisbane and helping with last minute prep. I was also asked to do a pre-wedding shoot for a couple of hours 2 days before the wedding when SIL had her hair & makeup trials :)

Pre-wedding relaxed formals at a local park.

I love the great light in this image :)

It was great to be on the other side of the camera with my wife and kiddies :)

Another wedding cake is added to my collection, this one is home made. The cake was made by my MIL and everyone helped with the icing. The cupcakes was a joint effect by everyone. My son placed all the tiny flowers on the cupcakes. My daughter help wrapped them up so they can he used as bonbonnieres.

Happy Easter ! we went to the Easter Show :) We drove there this year, it was not too bad, we got there at 8:30am and left after the spectacular fireworks at 9pm. The kiddies had a blast with all the animals and showbags, lucky we hired a locker to keep all the showbags in. Here are some pics, captured with my little P&S and I applied a “Comic Filter” to them in PS.

Our second wedding for the weekend, it was long and tough. We had to battle with many “Uncles” with their cams getting in our way :( The day started at Forestville capturing the preparations and then tea ceremonies at Forestville and Milsons Point. After the tea ceremonies we went around Sydney CBD + Harbour foreshore for some formals. The civil ceremony was at the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel in the “Henry Lawson” room. After the ceremony it was straight to the reception at the “Thomas Keneally” room.
